Fluorosome^®-trans Animation

Fluorosome^®-trans are small unilamellar lipid vesicles with water soluble, drug-binding fluorescent polymers encapsulated in their aqueous interior. Fluorosome^®-trans are designed to measure the passive diffusion of drugs through lipid bilayer membranes.
